Welcome to Grant Writing Company. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services, including grant writing, consultation, and form preparation. By accessing this website, using our services, or engaging with our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms below, please discontinue use.
1. Services Offered
Grant Writing Company provides grant writing and consultation services for individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, and startups. All services are delivered based on the details shared by the client.
This includes but is not limited to: custom grant proposals, grant writing, research forms, consultation, or other client instructions.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for grant applications. We are not liable for rejections based on false or incomplete data.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for grant writing services must be made in advance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
We follow the no-cancellation and no-refund policy; once payment is made, refunds will not be given for completed or partially-completed proposals. Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced.
Refunds will be granted only when the following conditions are met:
- Service was paid for but not delivered and it has been 60 days since payment
- Service was paid for but never initiated due to an error on our part
- A full cancellation request was made before any research or writing began
To request a refund (must meet conditions above), please email us at contact@grantwritingcompany.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
Please note:
- No refund if initial work has been completed
- Rejection or denial of the grant application does not warrant a refund
- Refund issued to the client's account for double excessive information or documents

4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by us—including grant proposals, templates, and consultation notes—remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients are prohibited from redistributing or reselling written materials purchased.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee grant approval or funding. While we aim to increase your chances of success, the final decision lies with the grant issuer. We are non-responsible for any outcomes beyond proposal submission and quality work.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our services for lawful and ethical purposes. You must not violate any laws or use jurisdiction when using our service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
